We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you change your mind or if your order is not quite right for some reason, you can return it anytime within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive your returned item, we'll give you a full refund of the purchase price, less a minimal return charge.

To help us process your return as quickly as possible please follow the 3 steps below:

  1. Contact us at support@repour.com to let us know you'd like to process a return. Include your name and order number.
  2. Upon request, we will send a return label for you to attach to the original packaging; be sure to remove all other labels. Drop off at our local United States Postal Service location.
  3. Returned items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Your refund, less a $5.00 return cost, will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 48 hours of receipt. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to an additional 10 business days for your credit to appear on your credit card account statement.

If a Repour stopper is faulty or was damaged in shipment, we want to know and make it right. We will provide a full refund of the purchase price or replace the product for free, depending on your preference.

Simply e-mail a picture of the faulty item(s) to support@repour.com along with your name and order number. We will then process your refund right away.
