Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your Repour purchase, so if your order is not quite right, you can return it anytime within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive the return, we'll process a full refund of the purchase price, less a minimal return charge.
To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please follow these 3 steps:
1. Contact us at support@repour.com to let us know you'd like to process a return. Include your name, address, phone number, and order number.
2. Upon request, we will send a return label for you to attach to the original packaging; be sure to remove all other labels. Drop the package off at your local USPS (United States Postal Service) location.
3. Returned items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Your refund, less a $5.00 return fee, will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 48 hours of receipt. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to an additional 10 business days for your credit to appear on your statement.
If a Repour stopper is faulty or was damaged in shipment, we want to know and will make it right. We will provide a full refund of the purchase price or replace the product at no charge; it's up to you.
Simply e-mail a picture of the faulty item(s) to support@repour.com along with your name, address, phone number, and order number. We'll then process your refund right away.
